Before reporting a problem
- Use a current desktop or mobile browser with JavaScript enabled.
- Use only de-identified teaching/example radiographs and confirm the selected laterality.
- Review every support, wire, half-pin and connector before printing or sharing.
- If microphone dictation is unavailable, use your keyboard microphone or type the construct.
What to include
Describe the device and browser, the action you took, the expected result and what happened. Include the hardware-only share link when relevant. Do not send identifying information or identifiable screenshots.
